Acer negundo subsp. mexicanum

There is a group of three maples in the valley bottom looking incredible at the moment. The display on these small trees rivals anything else that is in flower in the garden. The tiny flowers are attached to these long pink tassels which can be seen from at least 100 yards away. This deciduous Acer is widespread through Nth America all the way from Honduras northwards, so is tolerant of many different situations in cultivation. I cant think of anything more to say to be fair apart from to recommend it to any grower of hardy trees in the UK.
